Vehicle Transportation

We are now finalising details for vehicle transportation. Please can you take a look at the options below and choose your preferred pick-up and drop-off points by submitting your selection using the link at the bottom of this email.

COSTS:

TBC depending on the number of vehicles that require transport. We will provide an update here as soon as possible.

Drop-off: Yachthotel Chiemsee GmbH, Harrasser Str. 49, 83209 Prien am Chiemsee-Ernsdorf, Germany,
Saturday 12th September 2026 PM

INBOUND

Pick-up: Hotel Caesius Spa Resort, Via Peschiera, 3, 37011 Bardolino VR, Italy, Saturday 19th September PM
Drop-off 1(north): The Motorist, LS25 6JE
Drop-off 2 (south): Bethwins, Petworth Road, Chiding fold, Surrey, GU8 4SL

Flights

For those who are flying over to the official tour start point at Yachthotel Chiemsee GmbH, please see our recommended flights below. We have SC:UK staff members booked on both options.

OUTBOUND – 13th September 2026

1) North Members: Manchester (MAN) to Munich (MUC) (12:00PM, easyJet)

2) South Members: London Gatwick (LGW) to Munich (MUC) (13:15PM, easyJet).

 London Heathrow (LHR) options are also available.

Transfers for the airport to the hotel will be organised as part of the tour.

INBOUND – 20th September 2026

1) North Members: Verona (VRN) to Manchester (MAN) (11:20AM, Ryanair)

2) South Members: Verona (VRN) to London Gatwick (LGW) (10:45AM or 16:50, EasyJet)
