We have now finalised details for vehicle transportation. Please can you take a look at the options below and choose your preferred pick-up and drop-off points by submitting your selection using the link at the bottom of this email.

COSTS

Outbound: £1075 (£675 transport fee + £400 EU Import Charge)
Inbound: £675

OUTBOUND

Pick-up 1 (north): Thurnscoe (S63 0BF)
Pick-up 2 (south): TBC – will be around M25
Drop-off: Munich (80939 München), Saturday 14th September 2024 PM

INBOUND

Pick-up: Milan (23823 Colico LC), Friday 20th September
Drop-off 1(north): Thurnscoe (S63 0BF)
Drop-off 2 (south): TBC – Will be around M25

Flights

For those who are flying over to the official tour start point at Munich Motorworld Hotel, please see our recommended flights below. We have SC:UK staff members booked on both options:

OUTBOUND – 14th September 2024

1) Lufthansa Flight Manchester (MAN) to Munich (MUC) – Departing 06.55 or 10.40

2) Lufthansa Flight London Heathrow (LHR) to Munich (MUC) – Departing 10.50

Transfers for the airport to the hotel will be organised as part of the tour.

INBOUND – 21st September 2024

1) EasyJet Flight Milan Malpensa (MXP) to Manchester (MAN) – Departing at 16.15

2) BA flight Milano Linate (LIN) to London Heathrow (LHR) – Departing at 19.20
